What is VIP Consigning?

  • Standard Consignor makes a 65% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 35% of your sales. You will be charged a $12.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).

  • If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!

  • A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.

  • Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

The Consignor check will be available on Pick Up day. If you do not pick up the check, it will automatically be mailed to you.

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

We email VIPs their shopping pass shortly before pre-sale. You can also show your consignor account and ID at the door.

Where do the items that don't sell go?

We encourage you to donate unsold items to our foster families and church partners who pick out what items they need for their family after our sale at no cost to them.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. Items designated as not to donate will need to be picked up by you at our pick up time. Anything remaining will be donated.

Acceptable Items

We love baby gear, toys, books, clothes and shoes!

All clothes and shoes seasonally appropriate, current in style, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).

For Fall/Winter sales send: heavy/puffy coats and jackets, hoodies, sweaters, ski pants/gear, snow boots, flannel, fleece, plaid, corduroy, turtlenecks, gloves, winter hats, scarves and accessories, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, and New Years themed clothing, Halloween Costumes, sleds.
For Spring/Summer sales, send: tank tops, shorts, swim suits, flip flops, sandals, white dress shoes, water toys, 4th of July themed clothing, raincoats, hats, vacation wear, beach and water toys, outdoor play equipment.
Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor?

Your processor will text or email you to arrange a time to meet. Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.

Are there Any Item Limits?

Infant clothing Limits - limited to 100 hangers (50 girls & 50 boys OR 100 boys). Your processor will bundle sets of infant clothing. Infant clothing is in abundance at our event. Consign your very best and price it competitively. Limits are in place to keep our quality high, your unsold items low and our shoppers happy. We appreciate your understanding.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

Recalled items
Used carseats
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Bedding (This includes sheets larger than twin size, all comforters and crib bumpers)

What happens to my clothing if it is stained or toys if they are missing pieces?

They will be immediately donated. We do not have the capacity to store your stained or broken items at the store, and we will not be able to guarantee their return to you.

Why is there a $6 supply fee?

This fee covers the string tags and the safety pins your processor will use to prep your items. This is the same cost to purchase tags and pins from Jillian to process your own items.
